Heard Sri Narendra Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.177 of 2023, under Sections 302 and 452 I.P.C., Police Station Nakud, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant on 09.05.2023 at about 11:00 a.m. and had assaulted the father of the informant by a sharp edged weapon (Bisauli). The son of the informant Akash is stated to have seen the incident. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is 61 years old person and lives adjacent to the house of the informant. He has been falsely implicated in the present case.
