This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Ramvir Bhati, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 226 of 2025, under Sections 64, 351(3), 123 BNS, registered at Police Station Sector-49, Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 25.07.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that she is aged about 28 years. She had talked with the applicant who is the resident of Noida for getting employment on which he assured to get her employment and told her to meet him.
