This is a second bail application filed by the applicant. The first bail application filed by the present applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2025, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 9319 of 2025, Gaurav Singh Vs. State of U.P., copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure-1 to the bail application. The applicant- Gaurav Singh has filed this second bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 0007 of 2025, under Sections 61(2), 319(2), 318(4) of B.N.S, and Section 11/13(5) of U. P. Public Examination Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, Police Station Barra, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. In support of this second bail
