The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Sukkhan Alias Sukka Alias Shamim with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 216 of 2003, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Kankerkheda, District -Meerut, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is not a gang member of any gang.
