This is third bail application of the applicant. The first and second bail applications of the applicant were rejected by this Court vide orders dated 20.9.2023 and 13.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.40886 of 2023 and 18133 of 2024. 4. This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Gaurav, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 170 of 2023, under Sections 363, 376 (AB), 506, 323, 452 I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Jewar, District Gautam Buddha Nagar. 5.
