HON'BLE INDRAJEET SHUKLA, J. 1. Petitioner claims that the entire loan amount has been repaid by him. Yet, respondent bank has not issued No Objection Certificate. 2. Shri G.P. Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent bank states otherwise. According to his instructions, Rs. 1,92,210/- is due and outstanding against the petitioner. 3. In such fact, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending or calling for counter affidavit at this stage. Dispute, if any, is of accounting. 4. Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of at this stage with the direction upon respondent no.3 to issue to the petitioner appropriate communication disclosing all credit and debit entries with respect to his Loan Account No. 214317030310422.
