The instant writ petition has been filed praying inter alia for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 New Okhla Industrial Development Authority(G.M.), Sector-06 Noida, District Gautam Buddha Nagar to stop the harassment of petitioner and allowed the peacefully run of the aforesaid M/S Jagdamba Industries, W-42.
