HON'BLE KUNAL RAVI SINGH, J. 1. Sri A.P. Paul, learned counsel for the Kanpur Development Authority, Kanpur has placed a detailed instruction before this Court, which is taken on record. A photostat copy of the instructions is also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for following reliefs:- "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to mutate the name of the present petitioner in the Kanpur Development Authority of Plot No. 573, Block-W, Juhi Yojna, Kanpur Nagar. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents not to disturb the peaceful possession of the present petitioner." 3.
