The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction commanding the Prescribed Authority Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Tribunal, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide Reference No. 3852/2023 dated 03.10.2023 as referred by respondent no. 3 through letter dated 03.10.2024 without any further delay and alternatively it has also been prayed that the respondent no. 3 may decide the representation dated 22.07.2025. 3. The relief is opposed by the learned A.C.S.C. on premises that acquisition proceedings were finalised way back in the year 1964.
