Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon private respondent bank to receive the due amount in installment. 3. On notice issued, Sri Rahul Chaudhary, learned counsel for private respondent bank states that the petitioner has obtained finance facility with respect to a truck. Default was committed leading to foreclosure of the loan against outstanding Rs. 32,27,743/-. Matter was referred to arbitration. Arbitration award was passed on 18.09.2023. It has attained finality.
