Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus upon respondent no. 4 for recovery of Rs. 1,05,13,933.49/- together with interest from respondent no. 2 pursuant to the order dated 20.01.2023 passed by respondent No. 3. 3. Without entering into the merits, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 4 to make best efforts to ensure that necessary recovery is made strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably before 31.12.2025, if there is no legal impediment.
