Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the writ petition. It has also been stated that a withdrawal application being Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.02 of 2025 was filed on 09.10.2025 seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. The withdrawal application is pending. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in accordance with law. 4. The withdrawal application is disposed of.
