(ii) direct the Respondents 1 & 2 to ensure that the canegrowers/ members of the society who have been paid Rs 115/ per quintal by the sugar mill that has paid Rs 128/- to the other canegrowers/members of the society for the season 2005-06, must be paid the difference of Rs 13/- per quintal. (iii) issue a writ of mandamus directing Respondents 1 and 2 to ensure that once the canegrowers' society binds its members to supply cane to either one mill or more than one mill by executing agreements in Form C in terms of the Reserva
