This petition has been filed seeking appropriate action pursuant to Inquiry Report dated 25.06.2025 passed by District Magistrate, Mathura. 2. Counsel for the petitioners points out that the Inquiry Report/order dated 25.06.2025 has been set aside in a petition filed by respondent No. 3 in Writ - C No. 32320 of 2025 and therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
