This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 to take appropriate action against respondent nos. 7 to 13 who have illegally interfered in establishment of the boring over Arazi No. 34 area 0.0875 hectare, situated at Village Parvejabad, Block Sahson, P.S. Utraon, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj. 2. On 14.08.2025, on instructions produced that the Tehsildar Phoolpur, District Prayagraj has formed a revenue team on 10.06.2025 to resolve the dispute pertaining to the location in question, time was granted to obtain instructions qua the said revenue team. 3.
