Learned counsel appearing for Nagar Palika says that earlier the charge of Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Palia, Lakhimpur Kheri was with the Sub Divisional Magistrate who had passed the order dated 26.5.2025 under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which is under challenge in this PIL. Subsequently, on appointment of a regular Executive Officer, an appeal has been preferred against the said order. 4. As the said order is under challenge in a statutory appeal, there is no reason for us to entertain this PIL at this stage. 5. Let the appellate authority/court consider and dispose of the appeal of the Nagar Palika if it is in accordance with Rules, as per
