The petitioner, vide the present writ petition under article 226 of Constitution of India, seeks issuance of a Writ of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 31.12.2013 passed by the respondents awarding penalty of withholding 30% monthly pension for a period of five years, quashing the Show Cause Notice dated 08.02.2014 and the order dated 24.12.2014 W.P.(C) 5823/2015 2. Since the present proceedings involve a chequered history, the conspectus, though titled brief, cannot be made such. 3.
