After some hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he gives up other prayers, with regard to challenging the Catering Policy, 2017 of the Railways. 2. He submits that he restricts the present writ petition only to the grant of 07 months time to the petitioner for vacating the unit of the petitioner, in terms of the orders passed by this Court. 3.
