This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 25.06.2021 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No.1135/2021, titled Kuldeep Singh Dabas v. Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi & Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal partly allowed the O.A. filed by the petitioner herein, with the following direction: “3. At this stage, without entering into the merits of the case, it is observed that no show cause notice has been given to the employee, 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the said Order only to the limited extent that, while the learned Tribunal set aside the Recovery Order dated 24.05.2021, it did not direct the respondent to continue paying to
