Heard the petitioner in person and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. In this criminal writ petition (PIL) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for the following prayers :- "1) उपजिला मजिस्ट्रेट आदेश दिनांक 06.10.2022 अपास्थ हो। 2) राज्य द्वारा आबादी घोषित में अंतिम मानव जीवन हेतु पैदल, दो वाहन और आकस्मिक एं बुलेंस हेतु मार्ग उपलब्ध हेतु आदेश पारित हो। 3) अम्बेडकर विद्यालय से ग्रामसभा, अन्य जन के भूमि पर निर्मित उत्तरवादी नं० 3 दरवाजे तक हाल सड़क निर्माण अवैध घोषित हो। अथवा उत्तरवादी नं० 03 दरवाजे से न्यूसेंस हटाने पुनः मुख्य मार्ग को आबादी मार्ग से युक्त हेतु आदेश पारित हो। 4) उपजिला मजिस्ट्रेट, न्यायिक तहसीलदार विरूद्ध विधिक कार्यवाही हेतु आदेश पारित हो। 5) न्याय व विधि दृष्टिकोण से जो उचित हो आदेश पारित हो।" 3.
