This writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 18.09.2025 registered as Case Crime No.197 of 2025, under Sections 308(2), 74, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 324(4) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Usarahar, District Etawah. 3. Upon being informed by learned AGA for the State that charge sheet has been submitted in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners states prays that present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
