It has been informed by learned A.G.A. that since there was a family dispute between the parties, proceeding u/s 126 and 135 B.N.S.S. had been undergone. He submits that the lodging of the F.I.R. was not essential. 2. If that is the case, then the petitioner has a remedy of filing an application u/s 175(3) B.N.S.S. 3.
