This writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 09.07.2025 registered as Case Crime No.186 of 2025, under Sections 319, 339, 318(4), 338, 336(3), 336(4), 340(2) of B.N.S. and Section 66-D of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and prays that same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
