This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 24.08.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0789 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 109(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 352 B.N.S., Police Station - Majhola, District - Moradabad, and a direction to the respondent authorities not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned first information report. 2. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have been falsely implicated. 3.
