The instant writ petition has been filed by petitioner seeking for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 to 3 to carry out fair and impartial investigation pursuant to the first information report dated 20.12.2023, registered as case crime no. 710 of 2023, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120-B & 506 IPC, at Police Station - Muradnagar, District-Ghaziabad and make all endeavour to conclude the same as early as possible, if possible within a period of one month. (ii) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 to 3 to arrest the accused persons pursuant to the first information report dated 20.12.2023, registered as case crime no. 710 of 2023, for the offene punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120-B & 506
