The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following reliefs:- " (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to 4 to make fair and proper investigation in Case Crime No.27 of 2025, under Section 310(2), 333, 115(2) 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Baldev, District Mathura by any Senior Officer of the concerned department except Police Station Baldev, District Mathura expeditiously within time bound period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature (ii) of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 and 4 to arrest the accused persons/respondent no.5 to 9 in Case Crime No.27 of 2025, under Section 310(2), 333, 115(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police
