This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 25.06.2025, giving rise to Case Crime No. 0396 of 2025, under Sections 69, 115(2), 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Hata, District Kushinagar and further seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the impugned FIR. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material available on record including the impugned FIR. 3. After some length of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners, without pressing the matter on merits, prayed that this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy under the law within two weeks.
