The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the First Information Report dated 28.05.2025, giving rise to Case Crime No. 114 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 125, 115, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 126(2), 118(1), 324(2) BNS and section 7 CLA Act 1932 and section 30 of Arms Act, Police Station Dankaur, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 2.
