The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the First Information Report dated 12.05.2025, giving rise to Case Crime No. 0215 of 2025, under Sections 318, 336, 338, 340, 61, 351(2), 351(3) and 352 of BNS, Police Station Govardhan, District Mathura. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.C. Gupta, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material available on record. 3. After some length of arguments, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State informs the Court that the investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has also been filed against the accused persons on 08.08.2025. 4.
