The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the First Information Report dated 06.06.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0273 of 2025, under Sections 87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Police Station Bhadohi, District Bhadohi. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Vinay Kumar Singh, State Law Officer and perused the material available on record. 3.
