Learned A.G.A. submits that vide order dated 05.03.2025 the DNA report was called for by this Court, but since the victim is pregnant, therefore, the DNA test could not be conducted. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the F.I.R. dated 05.09.2024 was lodged by the informant alleging therein that on 03.06.2024 when her minor daughter aged about 15 years was returning to her home with her friend, then on the way applicant met her and took her in a room and committed rape upon her forcibly and
