The present third bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 716 of 2020, under Sections 302, 201, 34 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali Auraiya, District- Auraiya with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.. 3. The second bail of applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2024, which is reproduced as below:- "1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present second bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 716 of 2020, under Sections 302, 201, 34 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali Auraiya, District- Auraiya with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.
