By means of the instant bail application, the applicant,Aditya Kumar Shukla, is seeking bail in Case Crime No. 172 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 70(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Bela, District Auraiya. 3. The F.I.R. was lodged in unknown with regard to missing of minor daughter of the informant aged about 14 years. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that from her statements recorded under Section 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. it is crystal clear that the victim knew the applicant prior to the incident, she used to talk
