Learned A.G.A. for the State submits that notice has already been served upon the informant by the concerned police station, a copy of which notice with the receiving of informant is annexed as Annexure- C.A.-1 to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of State. 2. List revised. None appears on behalf of informant, despite service of notice. 3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
