Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.125 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Jeanpur, District Azamgarh with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. There are two houses of the applicant of which one is in the outskirts of the village and the another is in the middle of the village. The applicant normally resides in the house which is in the centre of the village, but the deceased person used to every now and then stay in the house which is in the outskirts of the village. 5.
