Heard Sri Pawan Giri, Advocate holding brief of Sri Chandra Bhushan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.237 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Bardah, District- Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the FIR and he has nothing to do with the said offence. The name of the applicant has come up subsequently on the basis of suspicion only, which is not supported by any ocular evidence whatsoever. 5.
