List has been revised. Learned counsel for the informant is not present. 2. Heard Sri Keshari Nandan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.88 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 61, 103(1), 109, 191(2), 191(3), 331(4), 352 B.N.S., Police Station- Kurara, District- Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Vijay Kumari has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 9.9.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.29243 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 11.4.2025, having no criminal history to her credit. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, who has already been enlarged on
