List has been revised. 2. Heard Sri A.K. Chaudhary, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. Noori Ullah, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Shyam Dhar Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 188 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 118(1), 115(2), 103(1), 351(3), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station - Thakurdwara, District - Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, eight named accused persons are stated to have assaulted and caused injuries to three persons in all and committed the murder of one of them at the spot on 12.5.2025 at about 07:30 PM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR.
