Court No. - 67 HON'BLE KRISHAN PAHAL, J. 1. List has been revised. 2. Heard Sri Rishabh Agarwal, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicants seek bail in Case Crime No. 161 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109(1), 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Basai Mohammad Pur, District - Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicants along with three other co-accused persons are stated to have assaulted and caused injuries to the brother, father and sister of the informant on 16.9.2025 at about 02:00 PM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicants has argued that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. They have nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The FIR is delayed by about seven hours and there is no explanation of the said delay
