Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with two other accused. In the F.I.R. it has been alleged by the victim that on 15.07.2024 at about 8:00 p.m. when her husband expelled her from her matrimonial house on account of quarrel took place between them, she was going to her maternal house, then the present applicant met him and asked that her husband send him to bring her, on believing him when she was coming with the applicant, then on the way the applicant committed her rape forcibly and the applicant was sent by one co-accused, Guddo, who has affair with her husband and she is l
