This bail application under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 63 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station-Bahariyabad, District Ghazipur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and no offence as alleged in the FIR has been made out against the applicant.
