This bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sibban, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 119 of 2025, under Sections- 115 (2), 74, 109 (1) of B.N.S. and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Chola, District-Bulandshahar.
