Court No. - 65 HON'BLE DR. GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant is named in the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. it has been alleged by the informant/ victim that she is aged about 21 years, the applicant used to talk with her for ten months and he promised for marry, on 11.07.2025 at about 8:00 p.m. he called her in a garden and committed obscene activity and now he has refused to marry her. In her statement recorded under Section 180 B.N.S.S. the victim has reiterated her version of the F.I.R. with some improvement that the applicant send her some money and she has made allegation of rape first time in this statement.
