Court No. - 68 HON'BLE ASHUTOSH SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ajai Singh, learned A.G.A for the State of U.P. and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 55 of 2024 under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Prvention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station-Manikpur, District-Chitrakoot, District-Chitrakoot, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. The submissions of learned counsel for the applicant are that the applicant is innocent person and has been falsely implicated in the case, he is having no previous criminal history and in jail since 30.03.2024. The case of the applicant is similar to co-accused Aslam, who has been enlarged on bail by this Court, vide order dated 15.01.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 43555 of 2024, in these circumstances, the applicant is also entitled for bail. In case of being enlarged
