The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Vikki Alias Vivek with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 899 of 2025, under Section 21/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Kotwali Nagar , District- Bulandshahr. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 570 tablet of Alprozolam IP, on weightment 77.9 grams of alprozolam substance, is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant, which is below commercial quanity.
