GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Sarita Singh, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the incident is alleged to have taken place on 07.05.2021, whereas the F.I.R., has been lodged on 14.08.2025 without there being any plausible explanation of such an inordinate delay. Learned counsel further submits that the false and baseless allegations have been levelled against the applicant and that the complicity of applicant in commission of alleged offence is not made out. He further submits that earlier a first information report dated 14.03.2024 was also lodged by the victim against the applicant with regard to the incident alleged to have taken place on 12.03.2024 in Case Crime No. 20 of 2024 under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., in which, the victim
