The instant Bail Application under Section 483 of BNSS 2023, has been filed seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 244 of 2025 under Sections 109 (1), 352, BNS and 3/25/27 of the Arms Act, Police Station-Partapur, District-Meerut, during the pendency of the Trial before the Court Below. The bail application of the applicant before the Court below has been rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Meerut and the applicant has been languishing in jail since 23.06.2025.
