Heard Shri Sanjay Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Arimardan Yadav, learned A.G.A. representing the State respondents. This bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Kunjilal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 99 of 2025, under Sections- 75 (1), 351 (2) B.N.S. and under Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Panwari, District-Mahoba.
