Patel, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.341 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Barhaj, District- Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She is not named in the FIR and has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is the wife of the deceased person and the named accused person is her brother Amarjeet, who is stated to have committed the said offence alongwith some unknown person over the inability of the couple to bear a child. 5.
