The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 46 of 2024, under Sections 354-A, 452, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, and Section 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Kalinjar, District Banda.
